	Jeff Zuhlsdorf, Owner Jeff is the "Tin Man" and founded Tin Man Heating & Cooling in 1986 and has been serving Northwest Ohio ever since. Born and raised in Wood County, Jeff has spent more than 25 years in the HVAC Industry. During his off-time, Jeff enjoys Hunting, Fishing and Camping. As a fisherman, Jeff competes in numerous tournaments each season. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and kid's.
	Wendy Zuhlsdorf, Office Manager Besides being married to Jeff, Wendy is the glue that holds us all together. She is involved in nearly all facets of the business at one time or another. As often as not, Wendy may be your first contact with Tin Man when you call. Wendy enjoys spending time with her daughters Jessica and Madelyn. Camping in the summer and skiing in the winter are among their favorite activities.
	Bob, Office Administration Bob has been with Tin Man for 6 years. Bob is the voice you may talk to whenever you call in to Tin Man. He handles most of the accounting along with scheduling, parts ordering, and Customer Service. Bob resides in Perrysburg and enjoys Photography and Cooking.
	Jim Walbolt, Senior Customer Service Technician Like Ken Link, Jim first learned about Tin Man as a customer, although in reverse, as Tin Man was an advertising customer of Jim's wife. While away from the business for several years, Jim has more than 20 years experience working with HVAC and Refrigeration systems. He spent more than 15 years as a District Maintenance Manager for the former Hills Department Store chain. Jim is also an Internationally known writer and photographer, mostly in Automotive Tech and Motorsports. Jim resides in Custar.
	Sue, Customer Service Sue is the newest Team Member at Tin Man, joining us in September 2009. Sue handles most of the customer phone calls, schedules Service Calls, administers Club Memberships, and also handles general office duties as needed. Sue resides in rural Bowling Green where she enjoys spending time with family, baking, and reading. Sue also enjoys shooting and fishing, and just being outdoors.
	Ron, Warehouse Manager Ron has more than 30 years in the HVAC Industry and has been with Tin Man for more than 2 years. Ron keeps the warehouse organized and makes sure that the technicians always have the parts they need to service our customers. Ron resides in Portage and enjoys Tournament Fishing when not at Tin Man. In portage, Ron has worked as a Village Administrator and is currently the Zoning Inspector for Portage Village and Portage Township.
	Mike, Technician Mike has been with Tin Man for 15 years. Mike tackles whatever is needed at Tin Man, including Service and Installations. Mike resides in Tontogany and when not at Tin Man is an avid Hunter, Fisherman, and Snowmobiler.
	Arturo, Technician Arturo has been with Tin Man for 5 years. He is the main man when it comes to running our Tor-Vac duct cleaning system and also handles installations. An avid Michigan Wolverine Fan, Arturo resides in Tontogany.
	Ken, Technician Ken has 7 years HVAC experience under his belt and has been with Tin Man for more than 4 years. While most of Ken's time is spent servicing our great customers HVAC systems, he also pitches in with Installations when needed. Ken spends his off time hunting, fishing, camping, and playing baseball. He resides in Wayne where he also coaches Little League Baseball.
	Skip, Technician Skip has been with Tin Man for more than 17 years. Skip is the lead technician on most installations, but his experience also makes him an invaluable team member. Between Skip and the "Tin Man," they can solve nearly any HVAC problem that comes up. Skip resides in Jerry City.
	Jeremy, Technician Jeremy has been with working in the HVAC Industry for more than 3 years, all but one year with Tin Man. Jeremy's main function at Tin Man is HVAC Service. Jeremy also helps with installations when needed and is our main problem solver with boiler issues. Jeremy resides in Weston. He also has no problem filling up his off-time, most of which is spent with his kid's enjoying camping in the summer. Other hobbies include Bowling, Hiking, basketball, and football.
	Jeff, Technician Jeff came to Tin Man right from HVAC School. He has nearly two years of HVAC experience and has been with Tin Man nearly 12 months. Jeff lives in North Baltimore and enjoys camping along with spending time with his wife and working in his yard.
